Cancellation Policy

If you cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days .
Once the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hola@serenivida.us with clear photos of the damage.
Please note:
An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken .
Damage to the packaging only (e.g., dented boxes) does not qualify for a replacement if the product inside is in good condition.
We do not accept returns, replacements, or refunds for items damaged due to normal wear and tear, or misuse .
If the damage is confirmed, we will send you a replacement free of charge .
